Application for a substitute for a Residence Certificate (TM.17) in case of no blank page or damage

          In order to apply for a substitute for a Residence Certificate (TM.17) in case of no blank page or damage, supporting documents are required and must be submitted according to the procedures. The processing time is within 2 working days.

Required documents

1. TM.20 form;

2. Passport or document used in lieu of a passport;

3. Residence certificate or replacement of the original residence certificate;

4. Valid alien certificate (renewed and attached with a photo not older than 5 years, and with the address on the alien certificate corresponding to the household registration);

5. Current house registration (original) with a copy of the house number page and the name of the applying foreigner;

6. Work permit with a copy of the first page and the renewal page (if any);

7. Four half-body photos with straight face and without a hat, size 4×6 cm (taken within 6 months; Polaroid photos will not be accepted);

8. 1,900 baht fee.

Procedures 

          All documents must be submitted to Sub-Division 1 (Residence Certificate Division), Immigration Division 1, within 2 working days.
