If a foreigner wishes to apply for a Residence Certificate (TM.15), supporting documents are required and must be submitted according to the procedures. The processing time is within 15 working days.
Required documents
1. TM.18 form;
2. Passport or document used in lieu of a passport;
3. Valid alien certificate (renewed and attached with a photo not older than 5 years, and with the address on the alien certificate corresponding to the household registration);
4. Current house registration (original) with a copy of the house number page and the name of the applying foreigner;
5. Immigration documents (if any);
6. Five half-body photos with straight face and without a hat, size 4×6 cm (taken within 6 months; Polaroid photos will not be accepted);
7. 1,900 baht fee.
