His Majesty King Rama X has a royal aspiration to continue, preserve, and enhance the land development project in line with the royal wishes in Nong Plub-Klad Luang, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and Phetchaburi Province.
A project according to royal wishes is one that His Majesty has studied and personally experimented with, in consultation with experts in the relevant fields to seek experimental methods for development and promotion. Once successful and beneficial to the public, His Majesty graciously commands the government to proceed with implementation.
The land development project according to royal wishes in Nong Plub-Klad Luang, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and Phetchaburi Province is one of the royal initiatives focused on driving land development. It promotes and encourages the planting of green manure crops (such as Tephrosia), establishes soil and water conservation systems, improves soil health in problematic areas, promotes the planting of vetiver grass to prevent soil erosion, develops water sources, and distributes water so that residents have sufficient water for consumption and agriculture. This project also supports livelihoods and income generation for community members. The people are delighted that the project continues to operate for the sustainable benefit of future generations.
