Guide for foreigners in case the existing business license is temporarily suspended

       In cases when a foreign business license or business operation is temporarily suspended or a business license is revoked after failing to comply with the rules and regulations specified in the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999), the licensee has the right to submit an appeal letter to the Minister of Commerce within 30 days from the date on which they receive the order. 

       The appeal shall not stay the enforcement of the director-general’s order unless otherwise ordered by the minister with the advice of the committee. The minister shall give his ruling on the appeal within 30 days from the date on which the appeal is submitted. The minister’ s ruling shall be final.
