The development of Thai traditional and alternative medicine services.

                The development of Thai traditional and alternative medicine services is one of the strategic plans to become Thailand Medical Hub. Thus, comprehensive Thai traditional and alternative medicine health cities have been established in 4 provinces including Chiang Rai Province, Prachinburi Province, Sakon Nakhon Province and Surat Thani Province.

                Chao Phya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital, Prachinburi Province is a pilot province for the development of a comprehensive Wellness City. In addition, Herbal City has also been established, which is ready in all aspects, including being a leader in herbal products, Thai traditional medicine services, Thai traditional medicine learning centers, spa learning centers, organic agriculture centers and Thai way of life health center. Several researches and studies performed by Abhaibhubejhr College of Traditional Medicine and the Herbal Information Center can be developed and applied to the target provinces for medical tourism in Thailand.
