supporting documents for registering aquatic product storage facilities

The Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, prescribes the following supporting documents for registering aquatic product storage facilities:  

1. Identification card;
2. The certified copy of the company affidavit, issued not more than 6 months before the date of application, with establishment objective and company compliance (the original must be presented on the application day);
3. Proof of legitimate rights to use the land, such as title deeds, rental evidence, etc.;
4. Power of attorney, with the copy of identification card and the copy of identification card of authorized person;
5. Map of location of aquatic carcasses storage facility;
6. Route map to aquatic product storage facilities in brief.
