The procedures for applying for filming permission in national parks, especially with animals involved, are as follows:
The applicant notifies the intention to apply for filming permission and the officer issues a receipt confirmation form;
The officer examines the completeness and accuracy of all documents and evidence and signs to register the application if the documents are complete and correct;
The filming content and format must not be contrary to the Thailand National Parks Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) and other related legislations, which forbid damaging natural resources and the environment, nor may it be contrary to good morals (1 working day);
The permit is prepared and proposed to the authorized person (1 working day);
The Director-General or the person assigned by the Director-General signs the permit for approval, according to the committee resolution (2 working days).
All procedures are implemented under the Department of National Parks, Wildlife, and Plant Conservation.
