An establishment where foreigners reside is required to submit notification of foreigners’ residence. This can be done via three channels, as follows:
Channel 1: Notify in person or assign another person to make notification at the Immigration Office in the area (during official hours).
Channel 2: Notify via registered mail
1. Fill out the notification form with the notifying person’s signature;
2. Provide a 6.5x9-inch envelope with a 10-baht stamp affixed, addressed to yourself, for the return of the officers’ notification;
3. The documents in items 1-2 should be sent by registered mail (keep the registration form as evidence) to the following address:
If residing in Bangkok:

In cases when the residence is in other provinces, the documents must be submitted to the Immigration Checkpoint in the area where the foreigner resides.
Channel 3: Notify via Internet
1. Register for the service to notify the residence at www.immigration.go.th in the Notification of Residence window. When the officer has checked and approved, the username and password for login will be sent to the registered email;
2. You can download the Notification of Residence form at www.immigration.go.th;
3. You can download the Notification of Residence and the TM.30 form on the login page.
