Foreigners wishing to study at a private educational institution in Thailand and continue their studies may apply if they meet the following requirements:
Requirements
1. They must hold a Non-Immigrant Visa;
2. The educational institution has been granted a license to operate from the relevant public agencies;
3. Foreigners must be accredited and requested by the educational institution;
4. Foreigners must be accredited by the relevant public agencies (except in the case of international schools and higher education).
Required Documents
1. TM.7 form;
2. Copy of the applicant's passport;
3. Copy of license to establish an educational institution granted by the relevant public agencies;
4. Confirmation letter from that educational institution, showing details regarding the number of academic years, course level, and academic results of the applicant;
5. Certificate from a public agency at department level or equivalent, or from the provincial governor in charge of that educational institution (except in the case of international schools and higher education).
