Foreigners wishing to check the terminal documents and request a copy to be used as an original document must present an Alien Certificate with 2 half-body photos with straight face and without hat, taken within 30 days, size 4x6 cm, and contact the local registrar to carry out the following procedures:
1. Compare the photos and particulars in the certificate with the original and/or terminal document;
2. Check the corresponding document with the original local registrar, whether recourse has been made in all areas where the foreigner had a domicile or not;
3. Submit the certificate along with corresponding documents to Sub-Division 1, Immigration Division 1 for consideration;
4. Keep a copy of the terminal document at Sub-Division 1, Immigration Division 1, and copy it to be an original document.
The process is the same as in the case of issuing a substitute for a damaged or lost certificate. Please always check the origin document from the local alien registrar first.
