STEMPlus: A Platform for All Career Opportunities

STEMPlus is a platform for workforce development in organizations, connecting employers, students, and the general public to one another. It is used to develop skills and competencies according to organizational needs, helping to solve the problem of recruiting personnel that meet specific requirements, as well as supporting employee skill development. The platform offers solutions for three main groups as follows

1. Employers :

• Notify their workforce needs, develop employee skills, and recruit employees or interns.
• Search for accredited training courses and use training expenses for tax deductions.
• Request certification for hiring highly skilled STEM labor and receive tax deductions of up to 150%.

2. Students and the General Public :

• Assess necessary career skills and find accredited training courses.
• Submit resumes and participate in suitable programs.

3. Training Units :

• Request accreditation for STEM training courses and create partnerships with employers.

The STEMPlus platform simplifies the recruitment of suitably skilled personnel and supports employee skill development within organizations, contributing to sustainable growth in Thailand's industrial sector.
