Tourist Assistance Center (TAC)

     The Tourist Assistance Center (TAC) is a part of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports' measures to ensure the safety of life and property of tourists; it is responsible for coordinating and resolving tourism-related problems, handling tourist complaints, and facilitating assistance for tourists. It is also responsible for coordinating with the public and private sectors regarding safety and other matters, which are further assigned by the Government and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports.

The center offers help in various situations, including the following:

• Natural disasters;
• Terrorism and riots;
• Assault;
• Rape;
• Accidents;
• Being in distress.
