      Thai food has an incredibly wide variety of dishes, both commonly known and many perhaps unheard of. If we try to compare all foods from the four regions below, no one can say that one region is more delicious or tastier than the other.  It depends on the preferences of each person.  Let's get to know the outstanding food of each region.

Northern food:

      Nam Prik Num, Nam Prik Ong, Pork Rinds, Northern Sausages, Kaeng Ho, Kaeng Hang Lay, Nam Ngiao with Rice Noodles, and Khao Soi


Central food:

      Nam Prik Long Ruea, Nam Prik Kapi, Ho Mok, Fish Cake, Pu Ja, Spicy Soup, Sour Soup, Fried Rice, and a variety of salads


Northeastern food:

      Bamboo Shoot Soup, Orange Soup, Om Curry, Prea Curry, Mushroom Curry, Red Ant Egg Curry, Long Bean Salad, and Papaya Salad

Southern food:

      Thai Fish Organ Sour Soup, Kaeng Som, Yellow Curry, Chicken Stew with Turmeric, Kor Lae Chicken, Thai Spicy Sour Soup with Mullet Fish, Southern Stir-Fried Pork with Yellow Curry Paste, Stir-Fried Bitter Bean, Spicy Frog, and Yum Budu
