Applications for changing maritime zones can be submitted to the Ship Registration Standards Office of the Marine Department or at a regional Marine Office branch. The necessary accompanying documents are as follows:
- National Identification Card
- Alien Registration Card
- Passport
- Certificate of Incorporation (each copied document must be certified as a true copy and affixed with the company seal)
- Copy of National Identification Card of the authorized signatory in the case of a legal entity
- Copy of Alien Registration Card of the authorized signatory in the case of a legal entity
- Copy of Passport for foreign nationals who are the authorized signatory in the case of a legal entity
- Copy of National Identification Card of the head of the government agency or state enterprise
- Application form (Form Kor 5)
- Ship's Particulars License
- Certificate of Ship Inspection (Form Tor Ror 20-1Kor)
- Authorization letter from the government agency or state enterprise assigning someone to act on their behalf, along with the assignee's National Identification Card
