Application for a Residence Certificate (TM.16)

        To apply for a Residence Certificate (TM. 16), the applicant must provide supporting documents, and they must be submitted according to the procedures. The processing time is within 3 working days.

Required documents

  1. TM.18 form;
  2. Passport or document in lieu of a passport with a copy of the first page, the page with a visa, the latest arrival stamp page;
  3. Original house registration (Thor.Ror.14), with 2 copies of the page with the house number for entering the name into the house registration;
  4. Work permit, with a copy of the first page and the renewal page (if any);
  5. Marriage certificate with a copy (if any);
  6. Birth certificate or proof of relationship with a copy (if any);
  7. Three half-body photos with straight face and without a hat, size 4×6 cm (taken within 6 months; Polaroid photos will not be accepted);
  8. 191,400 baht or 95,700 baht fee, as the case may be.

Procedures

         All documents must be submitted to Sub-Division 1 (Residence Certificate Division), Immigration Division 1, within 3 working days.
