A collaboration of 50 organizations launches the “Calories Credit Challenge (CCC)” project to encourage Thais and tourists to exercise for better health! The Thai government has introduced the Calories Credit Challenge (CCC) initiative to promote physical activity and public health by integrating technology to motivate continuous exercise. The project aims to involve over 50% of the population, including tourists, in regular physical activity by 2027.
The CCC platform is connected to private sector platforms and features campaigns such as the “Every Calorie Counts” campaign, encouraging Thais to team up for fitness from 20 ministries and 77 provinces, and the “Walk, Run, Ride to Prevent Stroke”, the 10th event in honor of His Majesty the King. The goal is for more than 10 million Thais to join the CCC platform and engage in exercise activities.
