Criteria, Methods, and Conditions for the Certification of Production Systems of Vegetable, Frozen Fruit Manufacturers, and Agricultural Product Processing Plants for the Issuance of Plant Hygiene Certificates

  1. Applicants must submit the application form according to the 2008 announcement of the Department of Agricultural Extension regarding the certification of production systems of vegetable, frozen fruit manufacturers, and agricultural product processing plants for the issuance of plant hygiene certificates (Form Kor Wor Kor 1), along with complete and correct supporting documents.
  2. In case officials have doubts about the evidence submitted, they can notify the applicant to provide further explanation.
  3. The steps to carry out the procedures as per the manual will start counting time from when the officials have checked that the documents are complete, as specified in the citizen's manual.

     Steps for Certification of Production Systems of Vegetable, Frozen Fruit Manufacturers, and Agricultural Product Processing Plants for the Issuance of Plant Hygiene Certificates: 

  1. Officials verify the completeness and correctness of the documents.
  2. Officials schedule a date, time, and place for the inspection and evaluation.
  3. Officials travel to the operation location for inspection and evaluation. The process takes approximately 7 days.
  4. Officials summarize the inspection report of the enterprise's production system for submission to the committee for consideration.
  5. The committee decides to pass the evaluation.
  6. The preparation of a report, along with the preparation of a certification document of the production process, is proposed to the authorized signatory.
  7. The authorized person signs the certification document.
