License fee and annual fee for Free Zone establishment

License fee and annual fee 
     Licensee who operates in a Free Zone must pay a license fee and annual fee, as follows:

• • License fee of Free Zone licensee: 10,000 THB;
  • Annual fee of Free Zone licensee: 300,000 THB;
  • License fee of Free Zone user: 5,000 THB;
  • Annual fee of Free Zone user: 15,000 THB.

Displaying of license or replacement certificate
    The license or a replacement certificate must be displayed in an obvious, clearly visible location in the company (violation shall be fined not over 50,000 THB).
    In the case of a lost or damaged license, or one in which important details are partially damaged, the licensee must submit a request for replacement within 15 days from the day of loss or damage.
