Visa, a global leader in digital payment services, has revealed the results of a survey on outbound travel trends for Thai travelers for the year 2023 (Thailand's Travel Intentions Study 2023 – Outbound Edition). The study, conducted by YouGov, surveyed 2,000 Thai online respondents in November 2022. It unveiled the top 10 most-desired international travel destinations among Thai travelers, as follows:
1st: Japan
2nd: South Korea
3rd: New Zealand
4th: Singapore
5th: United Kingdom
6th: United States
7th: Australia
8th: France
9th: Hong Kong
10th: Italy
In addition to this, the survey also offers other interesting data including reasons for traveling, spending, and common payment methods used by most travelers.
