The RESHAPE THE FUTURE policy by the Department of Industrial Promotion comprises four main approaches:

• Upgrading Logistics in Enterprises: Experts diagnose and provide consultation to improve management systems.
• Training Logistics Personnel: Promote skills development for logistics personnel to meet international standards.
• Creating Added Value: Improve supply chain safety standards and managing business continuity.
• Utilizing Information Technology: Plan and efficiently manage warehouses. The use of technology will not only help reduce costs but also strengthen business connectivity within the ASEAN region in a stable and sustainable manner.
