        Pakarang Beach is a long stretch of beach known by surfers as Memories Beach.  It is another beach that is most popular with new and old Surfer people, both Thai and foreigners, because of the location, the chill, there are activities for tourists to choose as they like. More importantly, there are famous surf schools such as BETTER SURF THAILAND and PAKARANG SURFSCHOOL.  

The best season for surfing at Cape Pakarang is April-October.


Getting to Pakarang Beach

               Pakarang Beach is located at Khuk Khak Subdistrict, Takua Pa District, Phang Nga Province, 73 kilometers from Phang Nga Province. It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes by car to travel in 2 ways. 

          1. Dirt Road This one, the entrance is a bit hard to find, it’s an alley on a dirt road. Small cars have to be careful with the suspension but can drive slowly. This route will reach the memory beach car park exactly. Along the way, we will pass through rubber forest, savanna, bonsai, and pine forest. The entrance surd on google map says “MEMORIES BEACH, the correct entrance”.

            2. Concrete Road This route is the route that google map will automatically take to memories beach. There is a 7-11 at the entrance of Soi Apsara Beachfront resort. You can park your car in front of the hotel and have to walk across the canal to go to memories beach again.
