Applying for online registration as a juristic person (e-Registration) through an agent

     Currently, the registration service for a partnership or a company through the electronic juristic person registration system (e-Registration) helps streamline the work of the business sector. It is similar to the traditional type of registration, which can be submitted through an agent, as well.

When applying for registration of a partnership or a limited company through the e-Registration system, the representative registers by the following procedures:

  1. The representative logs in to e-Registration on the website of the Department of Business Development (www.dbd.go.th), using their username and password;
  2. Fill in the registration information in the system; attach the document files; review them again; and send them through the system to the registrar, who will check the information’s accuracy and completeness;
  3. The representative checks the comments and considerations of the registrar through the system or by email, depending on how the registrar chooses to notify them;
  4. The representative also sends the registration information and documents via email to the business operator, who will verify the information and documents, checking their accuracy and completeness as required. The operator then signs, confirming the operator’s identity, according to the procedure prescribed by the system;
  5. When the registrar approves the signature of the operator, the representative signs with the username and password in the system to certify that the registration request is following the needs and wishes of the operator and certifying that the identity has been signed by the person concerned;
  6. Pay the registration fee, stamp duty, and other expenses (if any) through one of the following channels:

(6.1) Pay-in slip, electronic juristic person registration (e-Registration);

(6.2) Debit card or credit card of a bank.

      7. Receive documents related to registration, which the Department of Business Development will send as electronic files or by Priority Mail (EMS).
