1. Company registration form;
2. Memorandum of Association 5 (copy of the company's shareholder account);
3. Forms of Congress 1 (business statement);
4. List of partners in the meeting who gave consent to carrying out the conversion, with their signatures;
5. Minutes of the company's meeting for consenting to and conducting the conversion;
6. Regulations and stamp payment of 200 baht (if any);
7. Receipt of share payment – for transfer of ownership's assets – exercise of rights (if any);
8. A newspaper that publishes an advertisement informing the public of the conversion of a partnership into a limited company (with the newspaper name and the issue date);
9. Notice to creditors (if any);
10. A letter confirming that the partnership does not have creditors or that creditors do not object, signed by the director under the authority of registration;
11. Letter of opposition of creditors (if any);
12. Settlement – ensuring payment of debts to creditors (if any);
13. Letter confirming the receipt of affairs, assets, accounts, documents, and evidence of the transformed partnership, signed by the director under the authority requested for registration;
14. Certificate of Electronic Corporate Registration Form (e-Registration) by a representative (only for registration through a representative).
