Corporate Seal Online Registration (e-Registration)

     A corporate seal is an important business tool, consisting of a company logo or a company name. 

     It represents a company or organization in certifying documents, transactions, and juristic acts.

     Today, seals do not have to be physical objects; a partnership or limited company may attach the seal image online via the electronic registration system (e-Registration) to ensure clarity and prevent problems with the application for seal registration. In requesting a copy of the registration documents as well as the filing of copies of such records for business purposes, the following criteria have been established:

1. The seal image of a partnership or limited company uploaded into the e-Registration system must not exceed 2 MB in size, and the image extension must be .gif, .jpg, .png, or .jpeg only;
2. The registrar will review the seal image of the partnership or limited company that is uploaded into the e-Registration system according to the rules and regulations set;
3. The seal image of the partnership or limited company that has passed the examination of the registrar will be automatically updated to conform to the format created by the system. The size of the updated seal image may differ from the actual seal size that the partnership or limited company has prepared, but it must have the same shape and appearance details.
