Fees for Establishing Bonded Warehouses, Free Zones, and Licensed Ports

     The establishment of bonded warehouses, free zones, and licensed ports involves fees as defined by the Customs Department, as follows:

     The 2017 Ministerial Regulation prescribes the fees and fee exemptions under the Customs Law, issued in accordance with the 2017 Customs Act, dated November 13, 2017.

Permit Fees:

  1. Storage Warehouse: 10,000 Baht
  2. Inspection and Packaging Warehouse for Containerized Exports: 10,000 Baht per copy
  3. Approved Location to be used as a Warehouse that requires export duties: 10,000 Baht per copy
  4. Establishment of a Free Zone: 10,000 Baht per copy
  5. Establishment of a Licensed Port: 10,000 Baht per copy

Annual Fees:

  1. Storage Warehouse: 30,000 Baht per year
  2. Inspection and Packaging Warehouse for Containerized Exports: 100,000 Baht per year
  3. Approved Location to be used as a Warehouse that requires export duties: 1,000 Baht per year
  4. Establishment of a Free Zone: 30,000 Baht per year
  5. Establishment of a Licensed Port: 30,000 Baht per year
