Permission fees for shooting foreign films in national parks with animals involved

     Apart from the process of application for permission to film in the national park and document preparation and submission, the producer or the film production company that applies for permission to shoot a Thai film in a Thai national park, with animals involved, is required to pay permission fees, which are detailed below:

1. Permission fee for filming a movie:

a. 1,500 baht/day for operators with Thai nationality or registered in Thailand or with nationalities of or registered in ASEAN countries;

b. 3,500 baht/day for operators with nationalities of or registered in other countries apart from 1a.  

2. Permission fee for filming video or documentary:

a. 1,000 baht/day for operators with Thai nationality or registered in Thailand or with nationalities of or registered in ASEAN countries;

b. 3,000 baht/day for operators with nationalities of or registered in other countries apart from 2a.  

3. Permission fee for taking photographs:

a. 1,000 baht/day for operators with Thai nationality or registered in Thailand or with nationalities of or registered in ASEAN countries;

b. 2,000 baht/day for operators with nationalities of or registered in other countries apart from 3a.
