Application for stay in Thailand of foreigners under Section 15 (diplomat, official), in the case of personal servants, must be submitted with the following documents for consideration and the following requirements:
Required documents
1. TM.7 form;
Copy of passport;
Certificate from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or from a government agency at the department level or equivalent as a personal servant traveling from abroad to work at the residence of a person on a diplomatic mission or at the residence of a person with equal privileges with a person holding a diplomatic position in accordance with an agreement concluded by the Thai government with a foreign government or an international organization or agency.
Requirements
1. The applicant must hold a diplomatic passport or official/service/special passport or United Nations laissez-passer, or hold an ordinary passport with a non-immigrant visa for the performance of official duties, or hold an ordinary passport with a non-immigrant visa, or hold an ordinary passport with a non-immigrant visa for the performance of duties of visa exemption in accordance with an agreement concluded by the Thai government with a foreign government;
2. The applicant must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
