General service fees for foreigners

Service fees for foreigners wishing to travel to Thailand are as follows:

1. The fee for Residence Certificate (TM.15) in the case of coming to live in the Kingdom prior to the Immigration Act’s enactment is 19,000 baht per certificate;

2. The fee for Residence Certificate (TM.16) for investment, including special investment, is

  • 191,400 baht per certificate;
  • 191,400 baht per certificate for work or expertise;
  • 95,700 baht per certificate in the case of marriage to a Thai national;
  • 95,700 baht per certificate for the head of the family to support a child of a Thai national;
  • 95,700 baht per certificate in the case of a spouse of a resident in Thailand;
  • 95,700 baht per certificate in the case of a child of a resident or a child of Thai nationality under sui juris;
  • 191,400 baht per certificate for those over sui juris; and
  • 95,700 baht per certificate in case of applying for a permanent residence in Thailand (non-quota);

3. The fee for Residence Certificate (TM.17) in case of damage, loss, or running out of blank pages, is 1,900 baht per certificate; 

4. The fee for evidence for leaving the Kingdom for re-entry (Endorsement) is 1,900 baht per copy;

5. Requirements for foreign immigration visas determine the number of aliens wishing to reside in Thailand annually (Non-quota Immigrant Visa). Single type is 1,900 baht and Multiple type is 3,800 baht per visa;

6. Appeal under Section 22, in case it is found to be a prohibited person, a fee is 1,900 baht per person; 

7. Application for permission for a temporary stay in Thailand is 1,900 baht;

8. Appeal under Section 36 (in the case of revocation of permission), the fee is 1,900 baht per person;

9. Application for Re-Entry Permit: Single Entry is 1,000 baht and Multiple Entry is 3,800 baht;

10. Application for Residence Permit to stay in Thailand is 7,600 baht per person;

11. Application for Proof of Nationality is 800 baht per person.
