"Moo Deng," a 2-month-old female Pygmy hippopotamus, is the youngest member of the Pygmy hippo family at Khao Kheow Open Zoo. Born on July 10, 2024, she is the daughter of father Tony and mother Jona. The name "Moo Deng" was voted by over 20,000 fans!
Moo Deng is also the younger sibling of "Moo Toon," the superstar pygmy hippo with many fans. Her playful and bouncy nature has made her beloved by everyone, with fans both in Thailand and abroad. Khao Kheow Open Zoo welcomes everyone to visit Moo Deng daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Besides meeting Moo Deng, the zoo also features exhibits such as the swimming elephants, African Savannah, Australia Zone, and many more.
