Individuals seeking to apply for a transborder transporter license must prepare the following supporting documents:
The identity card of the authorized committee member and witness: The customs officer will copy the document from the original. The applicant must authenticate the copy by signing it in front of the customs officer.
A copy of the House Registration (Tor Ror 14) of the authorized committee member and witness: The customs officer will copy the document from the original. The applicant must authenticate the copy by signing it in front of the customs officer.
Passport: This applies to foreigners. Please certify that the copy of the document is correct.
Work permit WP.11 form: This applies to foreigners. Please certify that the copy of the document is correct.
Power of Attorney letter with the legally required stamp duty paid.
Application form for registering as a transborder transporter according to the Road Transport Agreement between the Thai and Laos governments, done electronically (according to the form appended to Department of Land Transport’s Notification No. 141/2560).
Guarantee and pledge agreement for transborder goods transport (according to the form appended to Department of Land Transport’s Notification No. 4/2561 amending Notification No. 141/2560).

Guarantee and pledge agreement of an AEO standard level representative
Bank guarantee letter (used to guarantee the performance of the guarantee and pledge agreement of the AEO standard level representative)
International transport business license, non-regular type, using vehicles for animal or goods transportation (Form Tor.Sor.Bor.12 Chor.) Please certify that the copy of the document is correct and have it stamped with the corporate seal.
Certificate of Incorporation, not exceeding 6 months old from the date of application. A customs officer will make a copy from the original document. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in the presence of the customs officer and affixing the corporate seal (if the seal is required as per the Certificate of Incorporation).
