The annual Songkran Festival 2025 is held under the theme “My Songkran, Thai Colors, Happiness Around the World – Once in a Lifetime: Experience Songkran in Thailand,” aiming to elevate Songkran as a global event and a landmark attraction for tourists worldwide.

This year, the festival features extensive activities both in Bangkok and across six key provinces, blending traditional culture and customs with contemporary fun.

 

Highlights in Bangkok

  • Ratchadamnoen Road and Sanam Luang (April 11–15)
    Activities focus on Thai cultural heritage, including parades and traditional art performances.

  • Siam Square (April 13–15)
    “Songkran Siam Pha Khao Ma: Splashing Fun, Amazingly Thai” transforms the city center into a water park.
  • One Bangkok (April 10–15)
    One Lagoon Splashing Songkran Rhythms combines water, art, and culture.

  • Iconsiam (April 10–16)
    THAICONIC SONGKRAN CELEBRATION 2025: “Fun Splashing at the Grand Songkran – The Flow of Thai Charm.”

  • CentralWorld (April 12–14)
    Thai Rhythm Songkran Festival 2025 offers diverse music and activities.

    Traditional Lanna Songkran with sacred Buddha statue parades.
