Chulalongkorn University has introduced a new international master’s degree program in Implant and Esthetic Dentistry (CUIE), together with the opening of Thailand’s first modern center combining graduate education, digital dental clinic, and research facilities under one roof. The program reflects the university’s ambition to elevate Thai dental education to international standards and to produce highly skilled specialists in an area that is growing rapidly worldwide.
The curriculum integrates advanced digital dental technologies, including one-day digital crown systems, real-time navigation for implant surgery, face scanning, and AI-based smile design. Students receive intensive clinical training based on real cases, supported by state-of-the-art equipment such as CAD/CAM systems, 3D printing, and digital milling machines. In addition, the
program offers international exposure through academic collaborations with leading institutions around the world, using English as the primary language and welcoming both Thai and foreign students.
The CUIE Clinic provides specialized services in implants, digital crowns, and esthetic dentistry with full digital workflow, advanced scanning systems, and live surgery facilities. Special programs are offered to increase public access to high-quality treatment at affordable prices. The initiative highlights Chulalongkorn University’s commitment to innovation in dentistry and its role in shaping future specialists who can thrive in a fast-changing, technology-driven healthcare landscape.
