Discover Thailand’s Water Festival 2025: Dive Into Joyful Celebrations

The “Maha Songkran World Water Festival 2025” will take place across Thailand, celebrating Songkran as a cultural heritage and fostering collaboration among government agencies, private enterprises, and local communities.


Events in Bangkok and the neighboring areas consist of:

 

  • Ratchadamnoen Road and Sanam Luang (April 11–15): Activities under the theme “Cultural Wisdom Heritage,” highlighting the experiential traditions of Thai Songkran.Siam Square (April 13–15): “Siam Songkran White Cloth Fun Splash” transforms the shopping district into an urban water park.

 

  • Silom Road (April 14): The “Amazing Bangkok Songkran Parade 2025” showcases diverse cultural parades, including LGBTQIA+ participants, promoting Thai cultural preservation.

 

  • Rajamangala National Stadium (April 12–14): The globally renowned “S2O Songkran Music Festival” blends electronic music with water-themed festivities.
