Thailand Steps Up Security and Proactive Measures After Russian Siblings Tragedy

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sihasak Phuangketkeow said the Thai government was deeply shocked by the murder of two Russian tourists in Chonburi and immediately contacted the Russian Ambassador to Thailand to express profound condolences. He noted that the Prime Minister personally visited the scene to help expedite the arrests.
