Thai startups have made it! They are showcasing 10 food technologies at London Tech Week 2024.

Ten Thai startups are presenting Thai food technology at London Tech Week 2024 under the theme "Thailand’s Taste of Tomorrow: Fostering the Future of Food, Faith and Flavours" to attract investors, importers, and various target networks, aiming to elevate Thai cuisine into leading products. Experience innovative food ingredients of the future with the following 10 startups:

  1. ChixTein: All Natural Chicken Protein Concentrate
    Utilizing isoelectric technology, this 100% natural chicken protein concentrate has a protein content of 80-83% per 100 grams, equivalent to consuming 500 grams of chicken breast for the same protein intake.
  2. OverDaBlue: Wild Algae (Spirulina) and Biominerals from Wild Algae
    Wild Spirulina is a new supplement that is easy for the elderly to consume and beneficial for the general public. It is a vegan product and is considered a food source of the future due to its essential nutrients.
  3. Plant Origin: Plant-Based Egg Powder with Rice Bran Protein
    This product extracts protein from rice bran, addressing the issues of bitterness and saltiness with a unique protein profile, higher yield, and improved solubility, catering to the vegan market.
  4. Samadul: Plant-Based Purée for Dysphagia

    These ingredients have an award-winning immune-boosting function, recognised as a top innovation at THAIFEX.
  8. Calcineers: Bio Calcium from Tuna Bones
    This organic product combines bio-calcium with herbs, making it beneficial for the body, easily absorbed, and free from residues.
  9. Honey Medica: Sustainable Honey-Based Health Products from Melaleuca
    Honey Medica offers quality honey sourced from various regions in Thailand, resulting in diverse flavours and aromas.
