Thai PM led a top-level delegation — Defense, Interior & Transport ministers, BKK Governor — to inspect Lak Si flood damage & aid 170 evacuees. 39 communities, 10K+ households hit. He then went to Dept. of Disaster Prevention & Mitigation HQ to direct nationwide flood response.
