NSTDA and Food Innopolis Showcase Food Technology and Innovation at FoodX – Premiumization Day 2025

The National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), together with Food Innopolis, participated in FoodX – Premiumization Day 2025 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The event was organized in collaboration with key partner networks, including the Research University Network Thailand (RUN), the National Food Institute (NFI), the Thai-German Institute (TGI), GMTX Co., Ltd., and LIKEME.

The event featured exhibitions of advanced technologies in food production, packaging, digital solutions, and marketing services. It also hosted academic and professional forums designed to elevate Thailand’s food industry towards sustainable, high-value markets. Key segments included: Visionary Stage: A platform bringing together leaders from leading Thai food companies to share insights, discuss challenges, and explore opportunities within the Thai food industry.

MarTech Stage: Executives from top food innovation companies shared experiences and strategies for business success in the modern food sector.

Tech Talk: Focused discussions on food technology and innovation, providing guidance on achieving “Premiumization” of products and promoting sustainable food innovation businesses.

A special highlight of the event was the HAPPY HOURS: The Premium Circle and Soft Power Symphony program, organized by Food Innopolis and partners. This segment explored the integration of the creative economy with cultural capital, transforming local bioheritage into innovative flavors, and creating added value for premium products.

Additionally, the event featured interactive activities connecting Thai spirits with food through canapés, demonstrations of craft spirit potential with creative chef menus, and sensory science workshops pairing edible aromas with Thai spirits.

Throughout the event, the exhibition and forums attracted strong interest from food industry entrepreneurs, innovators, and stakeholders in the food innovation business. The event marked a significant step in advancing Thailand’s food innovation sector, fostering collaborative networks, and generating new value for the industry
