Mahidol University Expands Human Capital Development Through HCEM Scholarship Initiative

Mahidol University is strengthening international educational cooperation through the Human Capital Empowerment in Myanmar (HCEM) initiative, a scholarship program designed to enhance human resource development and educational opportunities for Myanmar students.
