Foreign Diplomats, Military Attachés, and Media Arrive in Ubon for Border Visit

Over 150 foreign ambassadors, military ambassadors, and media personnel clashed at the border, seeing the truth. Cambodia fired on Thai civilians.

On 1 August 2025, a delegation of ambassadors from 23 countries, along with over 150 foreign and Thai journalists, visited the area along the Thai-Cambodia border where past clashes had occurred, receiving detailed descriptions from Thai security forces and touring critical areas damaged by Cambodian attacks.

Representatives of the diplomatic mission and the media visited the Kantaralak district area, which was heavily armed, resulting in civilian deaths and injuries, particularly in the heavily damaged PTT Nong Phue gas station and 7-Eleven convenience stores, which were civilian areas.

In addition, visits to district hospitals affected by the explosion were made, with the Thai side emphasizing that Cambodian attacks were not limited to military targets but intruded into community areas, which is a serious violation of human rights principles and international humanitarian law.

This visit marks a significant milestone in revealing the truth to the world, with Thailand reiterating its commitment to standing firm in defending sovereignty peacefully, carefully, and within the framework of international law in every respect.
