The Extraordinary Session of the GBC Meeting between Thailand and Cambodia starts now. H.E. General Nattaphon Narkphanit, Deputy Minister of Defence and Acting Minister of Defence, leads the Thai side, while H.E. General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of Cambodia, leads the Cambodian side. Also in attendance are representatives from Malaysia, the U.S., and China as observers.
