The Digital Council collaborates with the Tawan Chai Foundation, the Population and Community Development Association, and True Digital Group to enhance healthcare for cleft lip and palate patients through a health promotion project via digital social networks. This project focuses on utilizing digital technology, such as telemedicine, to help patients access medical services more conveniently, including online consultations, symptom tracking, registration, and providing health information to patients and their families through digital channels.
This initiative will save patients time and travel costs when visiting doctors while enabling doctors to continuously monitor and consult with patients nationwide through a telecare platform. Professor Dr. Boonsilp Chaochuen from the Tawan Chai Foundation added that the use of digital technology will facilitate easier access to treatment for patients in remote areas and effectively improve their quality of life.
This project marks a significant step in leveraging digital technology to assist vulnerable groups while expanding its impact to patients in various regions of the country, aiming to create an equitable society and sustainable health development.
