Samples of Educational Institutes Attending the Personnel Skill Development Project, EEC Model     

     Personnel development, according to the EEC Model, is building members of the workforce so that they are able to meet the target industry’s needs. The aim is not only to respond to the entrepreneurs’ needs in the Eastern Special Development Zone (ESDZ EEC) but also to prepare personnel for the labor market, driving Thailand to Thailand 4.0, to help it achieve its goal and become the Thai New Era Education Model used throughout Thailand.
