Government to digital.

Leading the government to digital government with 4 goals and indicators of success in digital government development in the 5-year period (2023-2027) that must reduce inequality in accessing services, increase the competitiveness of the  business sector, be transparent, and disclose information and be up-to-date.

Digital Government Development Agency Government Organization (Public Organization) or DGA has developed digital services of government agencies to create One-Stop Service (OSS) to achieve the objectives.

In the service sector related to foreigners, there is a 5-year master plan to develop a central portal for foreigners (2023-2027), One Platform for Foreigner Roadmap to develop services to meet the needs of 5 groups of foreigners: tourists, foreign workers, businessmen and foreign investors, foreign students and long-term residents with long-term visas (LTRs), each of the groups has different needs to contact different government agencies.

DGA has developed a One-Stop Service (OSS) platform that brings key services from 31 agencies related to foreigners on this channel to receive services through online channels on demand.
4 major features include One Stop Service, transactions, systematic data collection, especially simple and convenient identity verification. As a result, foreigners are now able to carry out all matters from before entering the country, during travel, while staying in the country, to when leaving Thailand, saving time and money.
