Alarm tower
The alarm tower system is an alarm control system that is installed at the National Disaster Warning Center; it is responsible for sending alarm signals to alarm towers and various warning receiver stations across the country, including sending warnings about disasters to 338 warning towers to alert people to various catastrophes by using a siren and a recorded announcement.
Alarm relay station (CSC)
The alarm relay station (CSC) has 285 locations, which will be installed at the subdistrict administrative organizations or government agencies in subdistricts with areas that are affected by landslides and flash floods. They receive warning signals via satellite from the National Disaster Warning Center and broadcast the warning signal to the local alarm receiver and a news broadcasting tower in the community via radio waves.
Broadcast tower
There are 674 broadcast towers installed in communities in risk-prone areas to receive and distribute signals. They receive the alarm through an alarm relay station using radio waves, and they broadcast messages and sound alerts through news broadcasting towers.
Satellite Alarm Receiver (EVAC)
There are 163 satellite alarm receivers (EVAC), which are installed at the provincial broadcasting stations and city halls to alert government agencies and people in the province by receiving alarms directly via satellite.
