- Applicants must comply with the 2005 announcement of the Department of Agricultural Extension regarding the registration of orchid and ornamental plant nurseries for export to the Republic of Korea.
- In case officials suspect the documents submitted, they can notify the applicant to provide further explanation.
- The procedural steps according to the manual will start counting time from when the officials have checked and confirmed that the documents are complete and correct, as specified in the citizen's manual.
The registration procedures for orchid and ornamental plant nurseries for export to the Republic of Korea are as follows:
- Submit a request for registration of an orchid and ornamental plant nursery (Form Kor Bor Sor.10) or a request for the registration of an orchid and ornamental plant nursery (Form Kor Bor Sor.15), along with complete and correct supporting documents.
- Officials inspect the site, evaluate the condition of the nursery, the type and quantity of plants, including the management system of the area.
- The committee checks the evaluation results and all attached documents, summarizes the consideration results, prints the registration certificate, and issues a certificate number.
- The authorized person signs the registration certificate.
- Pay the service fee and receive the registration at the Export Agricultural Product Services Group.
- Officials' vehicle fees (in case the producer cannot pick it up).
