For registering greenhouses for the cultivation of orchids and ornamental plants intended for export to the Republic of Korea, the following documents and evidences must be prepared:
- National ID Card (1 original copy)
- House registration document (1 original copy)
- Application form for the registration of greenhouses for cultivating orchids and ornamental plants (Request Form Gor Bor Sor 10) (1 original copy)
- Application form for the renewal of registration of greenhouses for cultivating orchids and ornamental plants (Request Form Gor Bor Sor 15) (1 original copy)
- Power of Attorney letter (1 original copy)
- Attached with National ID Card and stamps
- All documents must be signed for verification
- Attached with National ID Card of authorizer
- Details of the plants, specifying types (1 original copy)
- Details of the greenhouse (1 original copy)
- Record of plant movement (1 original copy)
- Record of chemical usage (1 original copy)
- Map showing the location of the greenhouse (1 original copy)
Fees:
- Transportation costs for officials as per Section 16 of the 1964 Plant Quarantine Act, as amended by the 1999 Plant Quarantine Act (No. 2), to be collected as necessary and actual expenses incurred.
- Fees for officials working on non-working days, outside office hours or outside official premises are as follows:
- For work done on non-working days or outside official premises: the first hour is 150 baht per person, with subsequent hours costing 50 baht per person.
- For work done outside official hours or outside official premises: the first hour is 150 baht per person, with subsequent hours costing 50 baht per person.
- For work done outside official premises during official hours: the first hour is 120 baht per person, with subsequent hours costing 40 baht per person.
