Criteria and conditions for issuance of certificate for exporting cultured marine ornamental fish (Por Thor 2)

The criteria and conditions for the issuance of certificates for exporting cultured marine ornamental fish (Por Thor 2) are as follows: 

  1. The applicant who wishes to apply for a certificate for exporting cultured marine ornamental fish must comply with the regulation of the Department of Fisheries on the application and issuance of certificate for exporting marine ornamental fish out of the Kingdom B.E. 2549 (2006);
  2. The application for the certificate for exporting marine ornamental fish out of the Kingdom (Por Thor 1) must be submitted together with specified documents. 


The conditions for the issuance of certificates for exporting cultured marine ornamental fish (Por Thor 2) are as follows:

  1. The applicant has the authority to sign the acknowledgment for amending the application;
  2. In the case that the considering officer has doubts about the documents submitted, the officer may request further clarification from the applicant;
  3. In the case that the application or supporting documents are incomplete or inaccurate and cannot be amended at the time, the officer who accepted the application and the applicant shall jointly sign the memo on document deficiency and a list of incomplete documents, as well as specifying the time for the applicant to take corrective action. If the applicant does not take corrective action within the specified period, it shall be assumed that the applicant does not wish to apply for the certificate;
  4. The time of applying for the certificate starts from the moment the officer completely inspects the documents, as specified in the public handbook.
