Documentation is required for issuing a certificate for exporting ornamental live marine fish from aquaculture (Por Tor 2). The details are as follows:

  1. National ID card (to be submitted in person);

     

  2. National ID card of the authorized signatory of the company's directors, in case of power of attorney;

     

  3. A copy of the house registration (Tor Ror 14) of the authorized signatory of the company's directors, in case of power of attorney;

     

  4. Certificate of juristic person issued not more than 6 months from the date of issuance of the document. The original certification of a juristic person must be presented on the day of application, along with true certified copies (signed) of all documents, including the purpose of the juristic person and its bylaws;

     

  5. Application for a certificate for exporting aquaculture of live ornamental fish (Por Tor 1);

     

  6. Inspection results (Por Tor 3);

     

  7. Aquatic breeding farm registration;

     

  8. Ornamental fish farm management standard certificate for export;

     

  9. Power of attorney, with a stamp duty of 10 baht/time or 30 baht/year, and true certified copies (signed) of all documents, including the authorized signatory's identification card;

     

  10. Invoice and product price;

     

  11. Aquatic Animal Movement document or Aquatic Animal Free Movement document.
