Application Documents for Permit to Send Workers to Work Overseas under the Technical Training and Practice Program Submitted at the Local Employment Office Where the Licensee has Established its Office (Jor Tor 3--Japan (Internship))

For recruitment companies wishing to send workers to work overseas under a technical training and practice program in Japan, it is necessary to request a certificate before the recruitment company can send workers to Japan. The following supporting documents are required:

  1. Application for permission to send workers to work overseas under the technical training and practice program (Jor Ngor 27 Kor) (1 original copy)
  2. Agreement between the permit holder and the recipient organization on sending workers to work overseas (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  3. A letter from the recipient organization requesting the permit holder to find workers, specifying the type and nature of work, and number of workers (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  4. Certification of the recipient organization from the relevant legal entity of the country (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  5. Employment contract, or internship contract, or work practice contract between the recipient organization and the workers (2 copies). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  6. Permission to recruit workers for overseas work under the technical training and practice program (Jor Tor 2 Khor form) (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  7. Certificate of the organization sending workers to work overseas under the technical training and practice program (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  8. Documents related to the permission for workers to work overseas (visa) (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  9. List of workers going to work overseas under the technical training program (5 original copies).
  10. Educational qualifications of the workers (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  11. A certification that the job seeker has passed a health check (original, 5 sets)
  12. Job placement agreement (Form Jor Ngor 33 Kor) (original, 2 sets)
  13. Permission to find jobs for job seekers to work abroad (Form Jor Ngor 6) (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  14. Educational qualifications at a level not lower than a bachelor's degree in a program where the language shown in the document (English) is the language of instruction by the certified translator, along with a certified true copy (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  15. A form notifying the collection of service fees and job placement expenses, along with copies of expense evidence (original, 1 set)
  16. Consent letter from the father and mother, in case the job seeker is under 20 years old (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  17. Medical certificate (2 original copies / 2 photocopies). (Not exceeding 90 days)
  18. Labor skill test certificate, in case of sending a technician position (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  19. Certification of passing the language skill training according to the criteria set by the receiving organization (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.
  20. Documents amending various documents from the employer (if any) (1 copy). The original document should be shown on the day of application.

     Documents in points 2-5 must be certified by a notary public or the Thai Labor Office located in the country where the job seeker will be working. If there is no Thai Labor Office in the mentioned country, the Thai embassy or Royal Thai consulate-general responsible for taking care of Thai people in that country, or the Chamber of Commerce of the nationality of the employer or of the country where the job seeker will work, should certify the correctness.
