Application to stay in Thailand by foreigners who are skilled craftsmen or specialists in medicine, nursing, or other professional fields, able to transfer knowledge to Thai people

          Foreigners allowed to enter Thailand are entitled to a period of stay in Thailand depending on the type of visa or visa exemption, and when the permit period expires, overstaying is illegal. If they wish to stay longer, they must apply for an extension of stay. In the case of craftsmen or specialists in medicine, nursing, or other professional fields in which foreigners may transfer knowledge to Thai people, they must submit an application with the following requirements:

Requirements
1. They must hold a Non-Immigrant Visa;
2. They must be approved and the request must be supported by the organization or related agency.

Required Documents

1. TM.7 Form;
2. Copy of the applicant's passport;
3. Confirmation letter from the organization or related agency.
